Call Christmas eve at 11am, I had a picture to frame and it was a very big picture. What a great service, returned 2 hours later and the framer had stayed behind just to finish it. Best service ever, will defo use again. Happy New year ,x
Called up to see if they had stock of a few different pictures for my wifes birthday. I spoke to a lady who told me they didnt have the specific picture I was after so I asked to email me a list of prints they had for the same artist. Unfortunately I never received any list or callback. Pretty disappointing really.
On road parking available. Clean and nicely laid out shop. Lovely service and smile by Jasmyn. Helped me out in selecting a nice frame for a certificate awarded to my late father.
Good range of pre made frames, and tailor made options. Choosing from the latter, they were happy to take the time, suggesting things that might help, to get it just right. The end result was a very nice framing job. As with other framers I have used, it is not cheap, but it is bespoke service. They are very upfront about which frames are more expensive, so there was the choice to make it a bit cheaper if that suited, which I thought was a good approach to offer.
