Friendy staff, made a quick bottom bracket reapir to my out of warranty bike and didnt charge me for it.

Couldn't have been much better really. Was asked what I was after as soon as I walked in the door and was directed to the right place. Had to wait a while for fitting but it wasn't too bad. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. One of the better Halfords I've been in.
I visited the store today to purchase a child car seat for my car. Waited a good while for store assistance, only to be told I would have to wait a while for the item to be carried from the store. I didn't mind that so i popped to Tesco did my shopping came back the item was there waiting. I asked for it to be fitted, a phone call had to be made to check if there was anyone in to fit.. another long wait.. only to be told no is answering the call so not sure when staff will be in to fit it.. needless to say I left without purchasing the item. I felt that as a customer I was intruding on whatever else was going on. Poor and inadequate service
Ignorant staff, who didnt even look bothered to serve me, while I was stood patiently to be served. Too busy on their phone, didnt ask me if I needed any assistance or was looking for anything. Rubbish customer service.
