I don't usually write reviews. But yesterday I experienced a very stressful and upsetting situation I want to highlight with this car wash.So yesterday i got the car washed from Prestige Valeting Area in Sutton Coldfield. I dropped it off and went to the shops. Came back, paid the guy and when i walked to get in the door handle on the back passenger seat was broken! So one of the guys must have pulled it too hard and broken it. So i call the manager over and complain, he starts saying I've never seen anything like this and being weird. Anyway he gets more aggressive and in my face. Than asks where I'm from. Bit confused i reply, here Sutton. He goes right ok. I've never had any problems from white people around here, it's you Pakistanis causing problems etc etc. Than as he was getting more in my face, intimidating me, i said I'm going to call the police. He was like i earn more money than you, call the police etc etc. He was not only verbally and racially abusive but starting to become physically threatening by getting into my personal space. The worst of all this is I am with my 1.5year old toddler and I'm 6 months pregnant.I just wanted to get out of there. So as i was leaving he than bangs on the car window a few times too! Needless to say it was a stressful situation I didn't need being pregnant. And this is a disgusting way to treat your customers, even putting aside the fact they broke my car door handle.
