Recentish revamp looks good. Bit on the expensive side. Good range of offerings. Worth a visit.
Since House of Fraser ownership change, you have to pay for online deliveries and you cannot return to store unless you want a gift voucher. Full refund is only available by post and you have to pay for postage too. I will not be shopping here again, customer lost!
I just love old fashioned department stores like this. It's a shame I don't think they will be around for much longer. Nice little bar/eaterie on the ground floor, just good for a cheeky glass of prosecco
I can only comment on the the menswear department. This I found to be relatively quiet. It was very clean and tidy, which you would expect from a prestigious high street brand such as this.A vast majority of the menswear was reduced in the sale, which was a bonus.The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend that you get in there before all of the sale items are sold out.
Small department store with central location in the Gracechurch Centre. Lots of places to eat on various floors too. Looks very upscale inside having been recently refurbished. Alas, they don't sell feather dusters which was the purpose of my visit.
