I never bother with writing reviews good or bad but I cannot recommend Strysen Heating highly enough. I've had work done in the past and a lot of work done recently all of which to a very high standard. From general plumbing to a new boiler, an added hot water tank and NEST. Thank you Strysen.
We had a new combi boiler fitted by Strysen. Shortly afterwards we noticed a damp patch in the ceiling of the hall we realised that a tap had not been properly capped so called Strysen to fix it they then sent me an excessive bill. When I phoned to complain it took them a week to decide I didn't need to pay. I should have charged them for the damp patch!! Now we had a problem with the remote control before they would send a mechanic all they wanted was to tell me they were going to charge me. It turned out it was due to incorrect programming. It took 2 minutes for them to diagnose the problem and 2 more minutes to reprogram it they charged 60. I know they are a business but money isn't everything.
