Avoid at all costs, I bought my wife and I a plan in April 2016 after reading get it quick because prices would be going up, I paid 3845 for each Holy plan, 30 months later that plan is 3525, I decided to close my plan because I can get the best CO-OP plan cheaper than Age UK. I have got my cheque from Age Uk today with a note saying the cheque is for the full amount less cancellation fee. It is a disgrace that they are selling my plan 320 today cheaper than I bought it in April 2016 and they have charged me a 95 cancellation fee for each plan. In the last 2 months we have had to use 2 funeral plans that I had pre-purchased for my Aunt and Mother in 2012. They covered everything that we could have expected and we were really pleased with them. It saved us worrying at a very stressful time. Thank you Age UK.
