All in all, Kimberley and the team got everything sorted in good time and we completed on the date agreed, so no issues there. Sometimes we had to chase for updates and push things along in the early stages but towards the end they pulled out the stops to make sure we exchanged and completed as agreed with the other parties. Some solicitors meant to help and be lawful. Contacted them about a serious incident outside there premises and retrieval of CCTV when the police went to collect they was completely unhelpful and let the footage be overwritten. Very law abiding and up standing company not! Thing what they are like handling your matters, what a joke to there profession!
No inter personal skill set AT ALL.. uncaring.. interested in making the company money only.. not any thought for people or the situation they going through. Lack of respect for said individuals.. horrible company to have had to deal with. Will NEVER use again or recommend..Stay away from them..
