Great restaurant and food. The only thing which lost it a star was the fact that the front door let's in loads of cold air. If you are on a table in front of the door it is freezing. Maybe they could have put the door facing sideways rather than pointing directly into the restaurant.
Waitress left us siting too long with empty plates and empty glasses. Didn't once come over and ask if we wanted any more drinks and we had to ask to order a dessert. First time we ever been. We noticed they looked after the regulars more attentively. Was not impressed as we are waitresses ourselves. Felt a bit invisible.
Hi Michelle, We came as a family last week and the service was ok but the salad bar was pretty empty. I also took my 5 year old daughter to the toilet and there was no soap to wash our hands after. Hence the 3 star review ThanksPaul
Very friendly staff. Love the salad bar. Great choice of soft drinks. My steak is always cooked perfectly med rare. So yummy!
Had a lovely meal. Kids meals are a good size, thoroughly enjoyed the sausage and Yorkshire puds. Staff were excellent. Overall would recommend. Hint do not pay for parking straight away put registration details on the tab inside.
