Nice clean and tidy. All equipment needed is there and Craig varies the routines every 10 weeks . Works out all the main muscle groups and you can see real progress. You don't even notice the weights increasing every few weeks. Always stretching out which again makes a difference as the previous trainer I used made me train hard on first day and I was in agony for two weeks. Set yourself a goal and the guys will help you achieve it. Would recommend.
