Absolutely fantastic!!!My crazy husband hammered a nail through a central heating pipe on a Sunday evening!!!!Nightmare. Water everywhere!!!Perry Plumber came out quickly, fixed it, very informative, gave us some useful tips and left a card when requested.Will use again!!!!!!!!
Called out for a boiler breakdown. Gave a time slot which meant that I wasnt waiting around unnecessarily. Rang when they were on the way and gave the name of the engineer who was coming.Quick, efficient, friendly. Would definitely call this company again.
Used Perry Plumbing for approx 4 years now. Whether its Anthony, Luke or one of the other guys; they always sort the issue for me. Ive had boilers installed in two different houses and various radiators fitted. No reason to use anyone else. Top company.
Our boiler recently stopped working unexpectedly on Thursday night, I called around to try to get someone to look at it and luckily came across Perry Plumbing and spoke to Anthony, they'll of the 6 companies I called they were the only company who agreed to come out that day even though it was after 5pm, having a newborn baby it was vitally important that we had it fixed asap. Anthony discussed costs to fix my very old boiler and gave me a very detailed and honest explanation of what a new boiler would cost with no pressure to commit to buy from them. Our boiler was already more than 15 years old so we were happy to replace it and after shopping around for comparisons on Friday was really happy to go with Perry for the excellent customer service they offer and high quality boiler package we chose. Given that we urgently needed if fitted Anthony was able to accommodate us and fit or new boiler system the next day and even tidied up after himself. Thank you so much, it was truly a blessing that I came across this company in that day. Anthony is a top bloke and would highly recommend.
