VERY BAD service! I am tenant and I was 6 months without open the kitchens window, 2 months without open the baths window, other 2 months without open the garage and several times with the electric thermo broken because they didnt send the proper contractors. And I am still living with mould problems!! Renewal fees to extend the contract are 144.00!! for what??And I have gone today to the agency and they have moved. Is it so difficult to send an email to your customers??
Be ready to be ripped off. High admin fee, check out fee and ....
Not my favourite one. The letting contact was unfairly in favour of the landlord. The contact was for six months and I have not received renewal after six months.If you can get from other agents stay away from this one.!A real rip off agency. They have very unjustifiably high fees, also charge 60 for checking out and also another 60 tendency renewal every year which does not make sense at all. Walk away!!!
Have been dealing with Pippa & Marilena at the Cannock branch, always friendly and helpful. All easy from viewing to paperwork and in a timely manner. Good comms to. Highly recommended.
So sorry to see that this company has bad reviews. The other day we viewed a rental property and very impressed with Pippa. Please John Sheppherd get more lovely young ladies like her on board.Pippa was so charismatic in an understated way.
