We phoned up to get a quote, and were told that theyd be round to have a look and provide one. They never came, so we phoned back and the guy on the other end insisted that theyd be round. Again nothing happened.I dont mind if theyre too busy to do the work or the quote , I would expect that for some firms. However Id prefer it if theyd let us know in advance, rather than leave us waiting.
My father and mother who are in their 80's had a flat roof redone by another roofing firm..it leaked and we found it hadn't been done right (now with Trading Standards)! We had seen Imperial working at another property..we spoke to the home owners who highly recommended Paul Senior and his team. We spoke with Paul who quickly came and had a look at the situation..he found a gap in his schedule and this week they completely reroofed the flat roof..they did an excellent job, and we couldn't recommend them highly enough! Great caring people who go out of their way to make sure they deliver a great customer experience.
Needed a roof repair.Imperial Roofing responded quickly to give quote. Agreed to work and Paul kept in touch so work could be started as soon as possible. The roofers arrived on time, were friendly and did an excellent job. They left everything neat and tidy. Now have a company we can contact in confidence if building work is needed in the future.
Following work carried out on my parents roof to prevent pigeons nesting in the solor panels. The pigeons managed to re-visit and nest I contacted Imperial Roofing to advise of the problem. Paul carried out an inspection and advised that different materials would be needed. The work was carried out at no additional cost to my parents. Thank you very much.
