My appointment was at 3.10 for my dog to have her nails clipped, I arrived at 3o'clock and it was closed! I phoned from outside the salon and no answer, I left a message, no response! I was shocked that any respectable business would do this to a client! Shocking behaviour they should be ashamed and I feel very angry that myself and my dog were treated like this.
