My partner had a storage unit with Cookes for a while, Deven was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning when we next need storage services!
Deven the manager made me feel really comfortable and lead me through the whole process clearly from start to finish! From free collections vs paid removals, unit sizes and how to store goods to maximum efficiency or how to store valuable items safely, nothing was too much trouble and she was transparent about costs and insurance etc. Facility clean and well presented and security seems more than adequate. The other ladies in the office seemed really friendly and more than willing to help and the lads who performed my collection of goods into storage were professional, polite and most importantly careful and respectful of my property!!! 5Stars x D
After moving house recently I cannot rate Cookes highly enough. Took the stress out of the move and took care of everything. Storage couldn't be more simple and the team in the office were understanding and helpful. The Removals team were careful with my belongings and very efficient. If i ever move house again I wont use anyone but Cookes. Thank you!
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!I stored a sofa, sideboard, along the other smaller items. The sofa came back dirty and ripped! The sideboard was damaged! Who better to look after your furniture than a 'furniture specialist' I thought, how wrong was I!? Don't take my word for it there are a string of bad reviews relating to their furniture moving and delivery service on the cookes furniture page.
