when travelling 3 hours to come to this garage they couldn't be more helpful very pleasant guys however that soon changed when I rang for advice after buying a ford ranger for 11k within 3 months the engine blew up leaving me without a car. the warranty they give you from a company called 'auto protect who intact aren't even worth the paper it's wrote on. I took out an extended warranty with this company that they highly recommended to be left 5k out of pocket as they was absolutely useless. the car has been nothing but problem after problem. and when I rang for advice that the trading standards had given me I got an arrogant attitude on the other end of the phone and a arsey email from someone 10 minutes before there deadline for me taking it further. outrageous company that I.thought was decent at first. avoid at all costs I now have a car that stand me at 19k for the sake of these cowboys!!!!!! avoid at all costs.

Wow! I have bought many second hand cars and experienced many good sales team, but the level of service, care and professionality shown by this company has trumped all.
