I had a VIP invitation, it meant nothing as I wasn't even seen by the sales agent and the receptionist was eager to get home. Looks like I can cross Kia off my car list.

I had no idea what I wanted, just my budget.I met Marshall who showed me the perfect car (I guess it was luck). 2 weeks later, I'm driving out in my Rio. Although Marshall was not available, I got the exact same care from Charlotte.Defiantly a 5 star place.
Excellent back up service, staff very friendly and helpful and treated me with courtesy and friendliness - helped rectify a problem very speedily too
