Took both cars here for MOT in the last 9months and not a bad word to say. Very helpful and great service. 2nd car failed on number plate and they squeezed me in the next day to get it passed even though I got there very late in the afternoon. Thanks guys!
Had two tyres changes and it couldn't have been easier to order these and book a convenient appointment for fitment online. Staff were helpful and professional. Highly recommended for this service and we'll certainly use this centre again.
Great place, the guy I first encounter was really miserable and moody I think something happened on that day and he didn't even acknowledge me and this lady for like 10 minutes despite sitting at the desk. He also never answered the phone. I'm sure it said some kind of manager on his tag too. However as that was a Saturday the weekly crew were much better. Incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. They even saved me money. I'd recommend going the week for excellent service.
This was the second time I have used Halfords. As per last year the team were very friendly and helpful. No complaints and would recommend them to anyone as I was recommended to use them and have not been disappointed.
Staff were real friendly, understanding, polite, considerate and asuring. After the news of more work was needed than I expected, they were understandable with the financial side of things, and didnt push me into anything, there was a duty of care once I decided what to do, and kept me updated, even gave me the consideration to not ring me too early as I was sleeping from working a night shift even though the car was ready to pick up
