Finally got my car repaired with a genuine part after weeks of waiting. A no blame insurance claim turned into a nightmare Car returned noticed finish was rough not the same as the rest of similar parts on the vehicle. Took it back and complained. I was informed that a new part would take 3 weeks to come from the manufacturer. The only thing I can think is they fitted a cheap pattern part for speed. I had to phone a number of times to find out if the part had arrived. The company contact confused drop off with pick up and I was left waiting for them to pick the vehicle up and they never turned up, I had to phone and re arrange pick up. This was inconvenient as I had to have time off work.All this has taken from December and its now February. Terrible experience and frustrating. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS THEY USE THEY COULD BE FAKE.
Had my car in for an insurance repair and the customer service I received was impeccable. Work was good too. I would go back to this garage should I ever need to in the future.
Had my TT fixed here, I am very particular about my car and have had bad experiences with garages in the past, but I have to say this garage completely changed my mind! They did a top paint job on the car, it was done in a decent timescale and the staff are so nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone, who, like me, has been let down in the past!

So Ive just had my courtesy car dropped off to my work , which had no fuel it was on red !!! So as I drive home , there is a tire pressure warning light flashing . So I call my insurance to show my consern who then spoke to this company and have stated that ALL their courtesy cars have this same issue they said they would give me another courtesy car but I would have to drive this courtesy vehicle from WOLVERHAMPTON to SUTTON I addressed my concern to my insurance that I do not feel safe driving this vehicle knowing that there is a fault . I require a vehicle for on a daily bases for work . As a result of this situation I will have to take day off to sort out this issue . Let see how the repair turns out !! I Will re-review once they have attempted to repair my car . No time scale given !! Oh and yes like everyone else I had to case them up to find out when they would even collect and drop a vehicle for repairs . Wish I had check up on this company first !!
