my leg broke help
Just recently transferred to this doctors after moving house. Now I wish I didnt. Lady on reception was more interested in making sure I didnt have everything required to register (NHS Number) and instead of showing me good customer service she said right, lunch time for me and left. Today I have been trying to get through for the past hour on the phone and number always busy. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
We are so incredibly fortunate to have this as our GP practice. I cannot fault it. Wonderful team of receptionists, nursing staff and friendly, caring and very competent GPs. They never cease to impress me. We discovered on a Friday our son had developed tonsillitis, within two hours we had a GP appointment and antibiotics. Thank you.
I've been phoning since 8am and line still busy after 11 mins wonder how many phones do they actually have in the reception
Waits are up to 5 weeks for GP appointment. That is unacceptable service!Yet, despite the high demand for appointments the clinic is closed two afternoons a week. This should be changed promptly to solve the problem. The NHS should provide more funding to assist struggling GP centres.
