I would give 0 stars if possible the booking system is a joke, 3 weeks for an appointment, added with 40 min wait times on the phone. The reception staff are also rude......will be reporting to the NHS.
Completely inefficient. Average of 4 weeks to have an appointment. 5 days to have a referral. Reception staff terrible. Stone Age!
Never pick up the phone. It is soooo irritating
I have been with this practice for 12 years. Again the practice has been of significant support to me and my family. We all have a fond regard for the GPs who have helped us on many occasions. However, I have to agree the reception staff are not of a same quality. Unless you are lucky enough for Becky to answer the phone. This in my view let's the perfect quality of the medical team down.
