Bought myself a 3d printer and the first one had a faulty control unit. I followed their returns policy and talked online. I returned it in person and left 30 minutes later with a brand new printer.Very helpful staff and excellent customer service. New printer is set up and running perfectly.
BOX was very impressive. Naturally, some of the merchandise was beyond my comprehension but to my inexpert eye the products on sale seemed to be more advanced than those one finds in the usual computer supermarket. Games mean very little to me but I was impressed by the quality of the graphics. I could also appreciate the image quality of the 4K TV sets, which was astounding. The staff were patient with us oldies and we bought two computers which, we hope, will do all that we need to do.
Pretty good, but bear in mind the shop doesn't store stock so if you order something online, and the site says it's in stock so you rock up to the shop wanting to get it over the counter, chances are you won't get it for a couple of days. So, for big purchases you want delivered, they're great, but quick purchases because you want something right now, less useful.That said, their shop assistants are great, knowledgeable and helpful, people you feel have an enthusiasm for technology, and they've helped me save money on occasion, so they have my loyalty.
