Ordered a funeral wreath with 3 days notice. Spoke on the phone, emailed all the information I was asked for only to receive an email 50 minutes before the service to say she was unable to deliver. When asked to deliver them direct to the church, said she was 'on her own and didn't want to keep shutting the shop' After a day of emailing was given an 83% refund and an email explaining how she was 'completely out of pocket' No apology for not having delivered my FUNERAL wreath. Instead blaming me for not giving her enough information. Not a service I would recommend and very upsetting given the circumstance.
Ordered the flowers for the wrong date and they were more than happy to change the date for me. My mum was very pleased with the flowers and mentioned the vase that also came with them! ;)Excellent customer service and will use again.
