I gave a simple few word description and I believe her name was Tina did a fantastic job and git it perfectly right called around 11am on a Friday for a same day delivery which was with my friend before 3pm. Really pleased and fare priced would definitely recommend and use again.

A couple of weeks ago I spoke to a most pleasant man on the phone (out of hours on an evening... phew) to order flowers for my mother's birthday. He was most helpful indeed and listened attentively to the sort of arrangement I wanted and especially, more importantly what I didn't want (unlike other companies)! My mother was most impressed with the arrangement, the size and quality and knows how fussy I am about flowers. I have yet to see the photos (as she can't email) but her description fitted exactly what I had requested and she said I would have approved of them. So thank you for an excellent service from beginning to end and I will certainly use again in the future.
