Can never get an appointment. Phoning from 12:15 to 3pm today and it goes through to the out of hours service..... Absolutely ridiculous.
My partner phoned today to request an appointment and told the staff she was struggling to breath, told it would 3 weeks until an appointment, utterly disgraceful!

Absolutely awful service. Fortunately I havent had to make many appointments over the last couple of years since Ive been registered there but, when I have, Ive had to make dozens of calls and sit on hold for hours just to speak to a receptionist. At which point I am then only able to make an appointment for over two weeks away. On one occasion I had to resort to taking myself to A&E over waiting days to be seen!
If I could rank this doctors a negative number of stars I would. Never any appointments or doctors available, no body senior to talk to or respond to questions or complaints. My child has been misdiagnosed twice now by two different doctors and ended up in hospital. There go to seems to be a drop in center miles away that wont do anything but refer you back to your doctor.
