My customer service with this garage has been shocking. First they forget about my booked test drive, then when I've sorted funding they don't send through the paperwork. Resorting in me keep on chasing and not able to collect the car when organised. Communication has been poor. I will not be returning.

A year ago to the week Jordan our Sales guy at Chambers Ford Sutton Coldfield was fantastic we needed a new car asap as ours had literally died and it was Thursday, we decided on what car we wanted and he sorted it all out and rushed all the paperwork through organised a courtesy car for us and we got our new car Friday afternoon, He went above and beyond and we still go back there so all in ask a FANTASTIC JOB DONE
