Tried calling, visited twice, could not get anyone to be there. Called to say we would like to see a car advertised, told them 3:00, got there at half three as traffic bad. Whole place locked up. Advertised it as open till 6:30. Lost sale on two cars from us.
Bought a car from them in March last year. Since then it's been in the garage several times. It's now in again and been told the Cambelt needs replacing the car was advertised with new cambelt fitted and I've only done 4000 miles since and full service history which I was promised would be sent first class recorded delivery as he had left the service book at home apparently which I never received. I'm currently trying to get in contact with the previous owner to actually find out what was done to the vehicle. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
AVOID this company. Bought a car from then in August, got it delivered a day later than agreed and when it finally arrived it did not have the full service history with it. Its now December and still no service history or 6 months warranty...very disappointed.
I recently purchased my Nissan Juke from the motor company and I love it so much !!! Very friendly and very helpful , so impressed with the price was searching for ages , so glad I took my time and found these guys on auto trader ,they couldnt be more helpful and I love the fact the sale wasnt forced at all , been to see other cars at different garages and was overwhelmed by how your almost pushed into a corner to buy , 100% recommend to anyone looking for reliable car at a great price !!!
AVOID!I wasn't going to post a review but after reading previous experiences people need to be aware of using these guys! Same story as other people really... service history 'in transit' for a month even though it had been posted first class recorded delivery! We had the car drinking oil and white smoke chugging from the back... after taking it to our mechanic we were told the car pretty much needed a new engine. We took this news back to the guys and they 'did some work on the car' which seemed to be okay, until a few weeks later and the smoke was back and there was no oil in the car! Needless to say we took the car back and got a refund. Not worth the hassle and we won't go back. Please be mindful of fully checking the car over and making sure you have ALL documents promised before you hand over your cash folks.
