One of the worst for service , reception staff are horrendous , can never get an appointment , phone line takes do ling to be answered Reception lady was basically arguing down the phone with me when I needed an emergency app for my son so so unprofessional it's unrealCar park is small and gets full and busy easy then your forced onto a very busy main road not good with small children Doctors that I have seen however were lovely
Really dreadful. Phoned yesterday and spoke to the rudest of people who told me no appointments until at least 21st December (it was only 5th when I phoned!!) when I asked why she sounded like I was asking her the world. Cannot book past 21st and need to ring back next week apparently and even then I might not get one this year. What is happening to our NHS? And why are the staff at this practice so incredibly rude?
Cannot get an appointment! ! Unable to book online as there are never any available sessions . I spent 25 minutes waiting on the telephone to book an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to be told that there was nothing available !! On several occasions have been told to ' Go to the walk in centre' so what is the point of being registered with a local GP?
What happened to continuity of care at this practice? I can't seem to get an appointment with any of the doctors of my choice. I'm told they are either fully booked for the next three weeks or the diary isn't up and running. No appointments with Dr Mantella, Dr Deekes, Dr Hassan...... It's not acceptable to expect your patients to wait three weeks to see a doctor... VERY disappointing.
Reception staff can be rude and unhelpful but this seems to be improving. Please continue because it isn't nice or acceptable to feel like a burden! Doctors generally are very good - approachable and friendly..... if you can get an appointment. Not their fault though.
